End User Licence Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement (the "EULA") is a binding contract between you and Beehives and Blood ("we", "us") covering your use of our software, downloads, updates, and documentation (the "Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software you accept this EULA and confirm you have the legal capacity to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the Software. Questions: [email protected].

1. Licence

For the one-time fee paid, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, worldwide licence to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, for personal or internal business use, in line with any documentation we provide.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Software to anyone else;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it, except where mandatory law allows;
Remove proprietary notices or circumvent any licensing or access-control mechanism; or
Use the Software unlawfully or in violation of any third-party right.

3. Fees

The Software is sold for a one-time fee shown at checkout, plus tax where applicable. See our Refund Policy.

4. Warranty & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.

5. Term, termination & changes

This EULA runs until terminated. We may terminate it immediately if you materially breach it, in which case you must stop using the Software and delete all copies; the Restrictions, intellectual-property, and Warranty & liability terms survive. We may update this EULA and will post the new version here with a fresh "Last updated" date; continued use means acceptance.
