These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the website beehivesandblood.com (the "Site") and the digital products and services we provide (the "Services"), operated by Beehives and Blood ("we", "us"). By using the Site or buying the Services you agree to these Terms; if you don't agree, don't use them. Use of our software is also governed by our End User Licence Agreement, which prevails over these Terms for the software. Reach us at [email protected].
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller FastSpring, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. FastSpring operates the checkout, takes payment, and accounts for applicable VAT and sales taxes, and your contract of sale is formed with FastSpring when you receive an order confirmation — so FastSpring's Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy apply to the purchase transaction.
FastSpring handles payment, tax, and billing enquiries. We provide product support and decide refund eligibility under our Refund Policy; FastSpring then processes any approved refund. Prices show at checkout and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We or FastSpring may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability, and will refund any payment taken. We do not receive or store full card details.
Digital products are delivered by email (activation key) promptly after payment. You ask us to begin delivery immediately. Please make sure your email address is correct and check your spam folder.
EU/EEA consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content delivered immediately, you lose that right once delivery begins with your prior express consent — which you give by completing your purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.
These Terms, with the EULA, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between us; if any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these Terms and will post the new version here with a fresh "Last updated" date, notifying consumers of material changes where practicable; continued use means acceptance.
