This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of digital products from Beehives and Blood ("we", "us") through beehivesandblood.com (sold via our authorised reseller and merchant of record, FastSpring). Please read it carefully before you buy. Questions: [email protected].
Short version: Our products are digital, delivered immediately. Because you give us your express consent to start delivery right away, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is waived once delivery begins, and purchases are generally non-refundable.
EU/EEA consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right is lost once delivery begins with your prior express consent. By completing checkout, you expressly ask us to begin delivery right away and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal. So once the download or activation key is available to you, we cannot offer a discretionary refund.
